Für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung, Planung und Realisierung unserer vielfältigen und anspruchsvollen Projekte suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Fachbereich Elektroplanung Hochbau nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Projektleiter:in Elektroplanung 60\-100% ========================================

Aufgaben

  • spannenden, breit gefächerten Projekte
  • Planungsleistungen in der Projektierung (SIA\-Phasen 31 – 53\)
  • Zustandsanalysen, Konzepte und Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Selbstständiges Ausarbeiten von Kostenschätzungen und Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Erstellen von Stark\- und Schwachstromsubmissionen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Terminkoordination und der Auslastung der Mitarbeitenden

Profil

  • Ausbildung als Elektroplaner:in EFZ, Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ, Elektrotechniker:in HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Projekten im Elektrobereich Hochbau
  • gute Kenntnisse in CAD und den Office\-Programmen
  • erste Erfahrungen im Bereich BIM von Vorteil oder nicht abgeneigt zu lernen
  • teamfähig, kommunikativ und haben Freude an der selbständigen Bearbeitung
  • selbständiges Arbeiten und überzeugendes Auftreten,
  • kundenorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
