Die Age-Stiftung setzt Impulse für ein gutes Älterwerden in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz. Sie engagiert sich für zukunftsfähige Lösungen in der Versorgung, Begleitung und sozialen Einbindung älterer Menschen. Mit Grundlagenarbeit, Projektförderung und strategischen Partnerschaften unterstützt sie Organisationen und Initiativen, die bessere Bedingungen für ein selbstbestimmtes Leben bis ans Lebensende schaffen. Für das Geschäftsfeld Förderung suchen wir per 1. April 2027 eine engagierte und kompetente Persönlichkeit als

Projektleiter:in Förderung 80%

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion prüfen und begleiten Sie Förderprojekte, bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung und den Stiftungsrat vor und stellen Qualität sowie Controlling der unterstützten Vorhaben sicher. Sie stehen im Austausch mit Förderpartnern, begleiten Projekte inhaltlich und administrativ und tragen dazu bei, dass Erkenntnisse aus geförderten Projekten sichtbar und nutzbar werden. Zudem wirken Sie an öffentlichkeitswirksamen Dokumentationen mit, beauftragen Evaluationen und Expertisen und fördern den Wissenstransfer zwischen Praxis, Fachwelt und Öffentlichkeit.

Für diese Aufgabe bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektförderung mit, idealerweise im Schweizer Stiftungs-, Gesundheits- oder Sozialwesen oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit Förderstiftungen. Sie verfügen über einen Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Sozialwissenschaften oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Fragestellungen rund ums Älterwerden sind Ihnen vertraut; zudem arbeiten Sie sich rasch in neue Themenfelder ein. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Empathie, Humor, systemisches Denken sowie eine vernetzte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
