Projektleiter/in Gebäudeautomation (80–100% / m, w, d) Die Muff Kirchturmtechnik AG in Triengen ist seit 1918 ein Familienunternehmen, das in der dritten Generation geführt wird. Unsere Kernkompetenz liegt in der Entwicklung und Produktion eigener Produkte zum Erhalt des technischen Kulturguts von Turmuhren und Glockentechnik in Kirchen und öffentlichen Gebäuden. Darüber hinaus bieten wir Lösungen in den Bereichen Kirchenautomation, Heizungs\- und Lichtsteuerung, Beschallung sowie Absturzsicherung an. Mit über 50 Mitarbeitenden sind wir in der Lage, Kirchen ganzheitlich zu betreuen. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für unseren Standort in Triengen eine/n Projektleiter/in Gebäudeautomation (80–100% / m, w, d) Deine Aufgaben Du planst und leitest Projekte der Gebäudeautomation von der Aufnahme der Bedürfnisse bis zur Übergabe an unsere Kunden Du entwickelst Steuerungs\- und Automationslösungen für Heizung, Lüftung, Licht, Audio, Glocken und weitere technische Anlagen Du koordinierst die Umsetzung mit Kunden, Fachplanern, Lieferanten und unseren internen Fachbereichen Du begleitest die Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme der Anlagen und stellst eine saubere Dokumentation sicher Du behältst Termine, Qualität und Kosten im Blick und steuerst deine Projekte verantwortungsvoll Du berätst bestehende und neue Kunden bei Modernisierungen und entwickelst passende technische Lösungen Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Bereich Elektro, Gebäudetechnik oder Automation Berufserfahrung in der Gebäude\-, Industrie\- oder Prozessautomation sowie Freude an Projektverantwortung Verständnis für Steuerungen, Netzwerke und die Inbetriebnahme technischer Anlagen Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres Auftreten im Kontakt mit Kunden und Partnern Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und die Bereitschaft, Ideen aktiv einzubringen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Führerausweis Kategorie B Deine Vorteile Vielseitige Projekte mit sichtbarem Ergebnis – von historischen Kirchen bis zu modernen Gebäuden Moderne Arbeitsmittel und ein innovatives, eingespieltes Umfeld Viel Eigenverantwortung, kurze Entscheidungswege und Raum für eigene Ideen Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten Firmenfahrzeug für deine Einsätze, das du auch privat nutzen darfst Flexible Arbeitszeiten und kostenlose Parkplätze an unserem Standort in Triengen Ein kollegiales Team mit regelmässigen Mitarbeiterevents Interesse?
