Projektleiter:in Gebäudetechnik / HLKK 80-100% \- Du gestaltest und treibst schweizweit, hauptsächlich Heizungs-/ Kälte- Projekte aktiv voran   \- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung und steuerst den optimalen Einsatz von Personal, Sachmitteln und Finanzen in Projekten, umfassend in Portfoliosicht  \- Du führst Projektteams mit Klarheit, entwickelst Menschen weiter und bringst alle Beteiligten auf Erfolgskurs   \- Du baust Projekte von Grund auf auf, gewinnst Aufträge und verantwortest das Offert- und Vertragsmanagement   \- Du führst Verhandlungen auf Augenhöhe und triffst fundierte Vergabeentscheide   \- Du hältst Projekte konsequent auf Kurs und stellst Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele jederzeit sicher   \- Du prägst HLKK-Projekte fachlich, analysierst komplexe Zusammenhänge, erstellst Machbarkeitsstudien und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen   \- Du begeisterst Kunden mit ganzheitlicher Beratung und entwickelst zukunftsweisende Konzepte für Projekte und Programmen im Bereich HL \- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Heizung/ Kälte oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundbildung  \- Technische Ausbildung auf Stufe höhere Berufsbildung (z.-B. Techniker HF) oder Hochschulniveau (z.-B.
