Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Generalplanermandaten und zentrale Ansprechperson für die Bauherrschaft über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Führung und Koordination des interdisziplinären Planungsteams sowie Sicherstellung klarer Schnittstellen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Entscheidungswege
  • Steuerung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen inklusive frühzeitiger Erkennung und Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Projektrisiken
  • Vertrags-, Honorar- und Nachtragsmanagement für das Generalplanermandat sowie Koordination und Führung externer Fachplaner
  • Bauherrenberatung und Projektkommunikation inklusive Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Reporting und Moderation der Projektbeteiligten

Deine Stärken

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur/in, Architekt/in oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Bau- und Planungsprojekte
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis interdisziplinärer Planungsprozesse sowie gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Planungs- und Bauprozesse und relevanter SIA-Ordnungen
  • Hohe Projektmanagementkompetenz in den Bereichen Organisation, Termine, Kosten, Qualität, Verträge und Risiken
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Bauherrschaften und Projektpartnern
  • Unternehmerische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
