Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Holzbauprojekte vom Werkvertrag bis zum Projektabschluss führen, inklusive Bauabnahmen.
  • Kosten, Termine und Qualität strukturiert planen, steuern und überwachen.
  • Schnittstellen zwischen Auftraggeber, Fachplanenden, internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern koordinieren.
  • Nachtragsmanagement: Technisch, kaufmännisch und vertraglich, inklusive Abrechnung und Nachkalkulation.
  • Die holzbautechnische Umsetzung mit Blick auf Normen, Statik, Bauphysik, Architektur und Qualitätssicherung begleiten.
  • Gemeinsam mit Fachspezialist:innen bringst du die Projekte Schritt für Schritt in die Umsetzung.

Deine Person

  • Idealerweise bringst du eine Grundausbildung in der Holzbau\- oder Schreinerbranche mit.
  • Eine Weiterbildung als Polier:in, Techniker:in HF Holzbau oder Holzbauingenieur:in ist ein Plus. Was du noch nicht kannst, lernst du bei uns.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Holzbaubetrieb oder Planungsbüro hilft dir beim Einstieg.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, koordinierst gerne und kannst technische Sachverhalte verständlich erklären.
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Cadwork sind hilfreich.
