Das regional verankerte Holzbauunternehmen mit Sitz im Zürcher Oberland realisiert anspruchsvolle Projekte mit hoher Qualität und viel Leidenschaft für den Werkstoff Holz. Im Auftrag meiner Mandantin suche ich eine selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

PROJEKTLEITER/IN Holzbau mit Schwerpunkt AVOR (60–100%) (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Betreuung von Holzbauprojekten von der Objektbesichtigung bis zur Schlussabrechnung * Erstellen von Offerten sowie Durchführung der Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR) * Materialdisposition und termingerechte Bestellung der benötigten Materialien * Verantwortung für die qualitative, termin\- und kostengerechte Ausführung der Baustellen * Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards * Aktive Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle sowie Koordination der Ausführungsarbeiten bei Bedarf Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Holzbau\-Polier oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Holzbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR) oder Projektabwicklung im Holzbau
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken, Eigeninitiative und Freude an anspruchsvollen Holzbauprojekten
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über zusätzliche Kenntnisse in cadwork, Kalkulation, CNC\-Steuerung oder bringst Erfahrung im Terrassen\-, Treppenbau oder in der Personalführung mit
