Das erwartet dich

  • Du leitest anspruchsvolle ICT-Projekte eigenverantwortlich - von der Initialisierung über die Konzeption und Umsetzung bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb
  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Lieferobjekte, Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken deiner Projekte
  • Du etablierst die Projektorganisation, führst das Projektteam fachlich und koordinierst interne Fachbereiche sowie externe Partner und Lieferanten
  • Du führst mehrere Projekte parallel und behältst auch bei hoher Komplexität den Überblick
  • Du nimmst Anforderungen der Fachbereiche auf, hinterfragst sie kritisch und überführst sie in tragfähige Lösungen
  • Du steuerst das Stakeholder-Management und stellst eine transparente Kommunikation gegenüber Auftraggebern, Steuerungsgremien und Projektbeteiligten sicher
  • Du verantwortest das Beschaffungs- und Vertragsmanagement in deinen Projekten und führst Ausschreibungen durch
  • Du sorgst für ein sauberes Projektcontrolling und rapportierst regelmässig an die Programm- und Portfolioleitung
  • Du bringst dein Know-how in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards und -Methoden ein und coachst weniger erfahrene Projektleitende
  • Du wirkst bei der Priorisierung und Planung des ICT-Projektportfolios mit

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung von ICT-Projekten mit
  • Du verfügst über eine anerkannte Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. HERMES, IPMA Level C/B, PMP) und Erfahrung mit klassischen wie agilen Vorgehensmodellen
  • Du hast ein breites technisches Verständnis über Applikationen, Infrastruktur und Cloud-Services
  • Erfahrung im Bahn-, Transport- oder einem vergleichbar regulierten Umfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Du kommunizierst überzeugend, verhandlungssicher und stilsicher in Deutsch
  • Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch unter Termindruck einen kühlen Kopf
