So bist du mit uns in BewegungStarte das Dübi-Abenteuer Du- Leitest ICT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung planst, steuerst und verantwortest Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken nimmst Anforderungen der Fachbereiche auf und übersetzt sie in praxistaugliche Lösungen führst neue Anwendungen ein und entwickelst bestehende ICT-Lösungen weiter bringst deine Ideen in unsere ICT-Strategie und die digitale Weiterentwicklung der Stadtverwaltung ein arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern und dem Team zusammen Damit überzeugst du uns Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von ICT-Projekten Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden Freude an Digitalisierung, modernen Arbeitsweisen und der Microsoft-365-Welt Du kommunizierst verständlich, denkst lösungsorientiert und kannst unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenbringen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Was dich in Dübi erwartet Spannende Projekte mit sichtbarem Nutzen für die Mitarbeitenden Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Vertrauen statt Mikromanagement Motiviertes Team, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt Möglichkeit für Homeoffice Offenheit für deine Ideen Kaffee gibt-s übrigens auch.
