* Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die konzeptionelle Ausrichtung und operative Umsetzung komplexer Objekt- und Arealentwicklungen, von der ersten Vision bis zur Betriebsaufnahme * Auf Basis fundierter Potenzialanalysen entwickelst du innovative und wirtschaftlich tragfähige Projektvisionen * Sämtliche Planungsprozesse und -instrumente, von der Raumplanung über Studienverfahren bis hin zur Baubewilligung und Ausführung, liegen in deiner Verantwortung * Mit sicherer Hand führst und koordinierst du Gesamtleister, Planer, Spezialisten, Unternehmer sowie alle relevanten Stakeholder im Sinne einer integrierten Projektabwicklung (Design-Build) * Auch Vermarktungsprozesse, Nutzerbindungen sowie die Verhandlung und der Abschluss von Verträgen gehören zu deinem Wirkungsbereich

**Dein Fundament**

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt\*in oder Bauingenieur\*in oder eine immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung sowie ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Immobilienentwicklung * Unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung sowie Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Immobilienentwicklung prägen deine Arbeitsweise * Mit deinem Netzwerk und fundierten Marktkenntnissen bewegst du dich sicher im wirtschaftlichen Umfeld der Regionen Aargau, Basel und Zürich * Deine klaren Führungsqualitäten, kombiniert mit exzellenter Kommunikation, Verhandlungskompetenz und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein, zeichnen dich aus * Innovation, Digitalisierung und gesellschaftlichen Trends begegnest du auch in dynamischen Situationen mit Neugier, Offenheit und der nötigen Flexibilität
