The posting

Das Team Impact & Strategy (I&S) unterstützt den WWF Schweiz bei einer wirkungsorientierten Arbeitsweise, beim Nachweis von Wirkung, sowie bei der Reflexion darüber. Dafür leitet das Team für die Geschäftsleitung und die Abteilungen Strategie- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse sowie Projekte von strategischer Relevanz. Zudem entwickelt und implementiert das Team Konzepte, Methoden und Tools zum Projektmanagement, Monitoring, Evaluationen und Lernen (MEL), sowie zur Wirkungsmessung von Projekten des WWF Schweiz.

Zur Unterstützung des Teams Impact & Strategy suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung bis Ende Juni 2027 eine:n

Projektleiter:in Impact & Strategy 40-60 %.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du planst, konzipierst, koordinierst und moderierst bereichsübergreifende Reflexions- und Lerngefässe.
  • Du unterstützt Führungspersonen und Teams bei Reflexion, Priorisierung, Entscheidfindung und strategischer Schärfung.
  • Du förderst Wirkungsorientierung und machst Erkenntnisse für die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation nutzbar.
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützt du Strategieentwicklungsprozesse oder leitest strategisch relevante Projekte bzw. Teilprojekte.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Bezug zu Strategie- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie in der Begleitung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Prozesse.
  • Du gestaltest und moderierst Workshops und partizipative Prozesse souverän und zielgruppengerecht.
  • Du denkst vernetzt, erkennst Zusammenhänge und bringst Struktur in komplexe Fragestellungen.
  • Du bewegst dich sicher im Spannungsfeld unterschiedlicher Interessen und schaffst Klarheit an Schnittstellen.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, arbeitest selbstständig und bringst Themen mit Pragmatismus und Beharrlichkeit voran.
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie sehr gute Deutsch-(C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
