Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Realisierung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Grösse, von der Studie bis zur Übergabe an die Bauherrschaft
  • Selbstständige Führung von Projekten nach Terminen/Kosten/Qualitä
  • Unterstützung von Planer:innen sowie Junior Projektleiter:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen der A\+W Gruppe
  • Führen von Projektteams
  • Möglichkeit zur Übernahme der räumlichen Koordination in den Projekten

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreicher Lehrabschluss als Gebäudetechnikplaner: in EFZ mit Fachrichtung Heizung/Lüftung/Kälte/Sanitär
  • Ausbildung als Techniker:in HF/TS oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer adäquaten Position
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung von Anlagen
  • Begeisterung bei der Konzepterstellung und Grossprojekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS\-Office und CAD \- Nova. Revit Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Freude an anspruchsvoller Arbeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft auch in hektischen Situationen
