Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Langenthal suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter:in Industrie \| Retail 80–100 % Deine Aufgaben: Selbstständige Betreuung und Leitung anspruchsvoller Industrieprojekte vom Vorprojekt bis zur Bauabnahme Führung und Koordination von Projektteams, Fachplanern, Spezialisten und Unternehmern Bauherrenbetreuung sowie Abklärungen mit Behörden und Fachgremien Projektleitung in verschiedenen Auftragsformen (Architekturauftrag, Generalplaner, Totalunternehmer) Vorbereitung und Verhandlung von Planer\- und Unternehmeraufträgen Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen während sämtlicher Projektphasen Überwachung der gestalterischen und technischen Projektqualität Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung und weiteren Projektbeteiligten Was Du mitbringst: Architekt:in FH/ETH oder Techniker:in HF Hochbau Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Projektleiterfunktion Gute Kenntnisse in ArchiCAD, MS Office und idealerweise Messerli Freude am Planen, Koordinieren und Realisieren anspruchsvoller Industrieprojekte Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein Selbstständige, vorausschauende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit sowie direkte und offene Kommunikation Was wir Dir bieten: Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in professionellem Umfeld Hochwertige Projekte im Industrie\-, Gewerbe\- und Retailbereich Umbauten und Neubauten Persönliche und familiäre Unternehmenskultur Engagiertes und kompetentes Team Fünf Wochen Ferien pro Jahr Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen mit neuster Infrastruktur Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Haben wir Dein Interesse geweckt?
