Für eine Festanstellung suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Projektleiter*in (m/w/d), der/die auf der Suche nach einer spannenden Tätigkeit ist. Jedes Projekt ist anders und bringt neue Herausforderungen mit sich und genau dafür wünscht sich das Unternehmen eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, mitzugestalten und Teil eines Teams zu werden, das Technik lebt.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Hauptverantwortung für die zuverlässige Planung und Abwicklung von Installationsprojekten
  • Leidenschaftliches Führen eines Teams
  • Finanzielle und terminliche Verantwortung für die zugeteilten Projekte
  • Kundenberatung und Betreuung
  • Projektcontrolling und laufende Prozessoptimierung
  • Sicherstellen der termingerechten Projektübergabe an den Kunden
  • Koordination mit der Bauleitung sowie konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Planern
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Offerten und Nachträgen
  • Erstellen von Teil- sowie Schlussrechnungen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ
  • Geplante oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Elektroprojektleiter*in Installation und Sicherheit mit eidg. Fachausweis oder Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte/-Expertin HFP
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude am Führen und Fördern von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und auch gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Mass an Sozialkompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie vernetztes Denken und Handeln
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Teamfähige, lösungsorientierte, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit einem sicheren Auftreten und guten Umgangsformen
  • Freude an grossem Handlungsspielraum
