Gesucht wird ein externer Projektleiter, der die initiale Transformationsphase strukturiert aufsetzt, operativ führt und die notwendigen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die zukünftige Ausgestaltung des ISDS erarbeitet. Der Projektleiter verantwortet die Analyse des bestehenden Systems, die Entwicklung eines zukünftigen Zielbilds sowie die Vorbereitung und Steuerung der Transformation. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Governance, Rollen, Prozesse, Betriebsmodell und Tool-Landschaft. Der Projektleiter übernimmt die Führung des Transformationsprojekts, koordiniert interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen und stellt eine geordnete Übergabe an eine interne Projektleitung sicher. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Koordination und Steuerung der Initiative
  • Einbindung und Koordination relevanter Anspruchsgruppen
  • Identifikation, Transparenz und Bearbeitung von Zielkonflikten
  • Vorbereitung notwendiger Entscheidungen
  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Koordination und Berücksichtigung von Abhängigkeiten zwischen:
  • Governance
  • Organisation
  • Prozessen
  • Werkzeugen
  • Sicherstellung des laufenden ISDS-Betriebs während der Transformation
  • Analyse und Bewertung der bestehenden Organisations- und Governance-Strukturen
  • Entwicklung von Vorschlägen für die zukünftige Ausgestaltung von:
  • Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Gremien
  • Prozessen
  • Betriebsmodellen
  • Steuerung komplexer Transformationsvorhaben
  • Fokus auf Projektleitung und Transformation - keine fachliche CISO-, Compliance- oder Umsetzungsrolle

 

Dein Profil:

  • 8-10+ Jahre Erfahrung als Projekt- oder Programmleiter
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in komplexen Transformationsvorhaben
  • Erfahrung mit Reorganisationen und Governance-Transformationen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Transformation von Managementsystemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 27001 und ISMS
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Branchen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Stakeholder-Sensibilität und ausgeprägtes Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch 
  • Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Anforderungen innerhalb von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben zu vereinen
