The posting

Der Dachverband Offene Kinder- und Jugendarbeit Schweiz (DOJ) ist als parteipolitisch und konfessionell neutraler Verein organisiert. Seine Basis bilden derzeit 19 kantonale und regionale Verbände mit über 1200 Anschlussmitgliedern bzw. lokalen Kinder- und Jugendarbeitsstellen in allen Sprachregionen der Schweiz. Das Zielpublikum des Verbandes sind einerseits die Institutionen der Offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit, anderseits Fachpersonen der Offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit, verantwortliche Entscheidungsträger\innen aus Politik und Verwaltung sowie Partnerorganisationen. Der Dachverband Offene Kinder- und Jugendarbeit Schweiz sucht eine\n Projektleiter\*in Kinder- und Jugendförderung 60%.

Stellenantritt per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für nationale Projekte und Programme mit Partnerorganisationen aus allen Sprachregionen der Schweiz und gestalten aktuelle Themen der Kinder- und Jugendförderung aktiv mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung nationaler Projekte und Programme in den Bereichen Partizipation und kommunale Planung, Vielfalt und Bewegungsförderung
  • Entwicklung neuer Projekte
  • Vertretung des DOJ in Gremien und Netzwerken
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
  • Mitarbeit in der Verbandsarbeit

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte oder Programme
  • Tertiärer Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit / Sozialwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Interesse an Kinder- und Jugendförderung; Kenntnisse der Offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit in der Schweiz sind von Vorteil
  • Bilingue oder sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Moderation, Prozessgestaltung und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie eine kommunikative, dienstleistungs- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
