Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst und begleitest unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei Kommunikations- und Digitalprojekten - von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Budget.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Team wirkungsvolle Kommunikations- und Marketingmassnahmen.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten sowie externen Partnern.
  • Du erstellst Offerten, Projektpläne und Budgets und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du bringst idealerweise drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Interesse an digitalen Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst kostenbewusst und überzeugst durch deine Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Du bist eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist.
  • Du verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
