Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Projektleiter Lüftung / Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Planung, Koordination und Realisierung anspruchsvoller Projekte und begleiten diese von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.

Aufgaben ###

  • Leitung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Lüftungs- und Gebäudetechnik
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung technischer Anlagen für Neu- und Umbauprojekte
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden während sämtlicher Projektphasen
  • Koordination interner Fachbereiche sowie externer Projektpartner
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenvorgaben
  • Teilnahme an Projekt- und Bausitzungen
  • Überwachung der Ausführung sowie Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen
  • Erstellung und Pflege projektbezogener Dokumentationen

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik oder Lüftungstechnik mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Ausführung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung technischer Projekte

Informatik ###

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Erfahrung mit CAD- oder Planungssoftware von Vorteil Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und BIM-Anwendungen wünschenswert

Sprachen ###

Deutsch m+s: sehr gut
