The posting

Zur Unterstützung der Fachstelle für Gleichstellung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben

  • Sie initiieren, konzipieren und leiten selbstständig Projekte zur Förderung der rechtlichen und tatsächlichen Gleichstellung von Lesben, Schwulen, Bisexuellen, trans und intergeschlechtlichen Menschen.
  • Sie erstellen Grundlagen und Hilfsmittel wie Merkblätter und Broschüren und bearbeiten Geschäfte aus Politik und Verwaltung in diesem Themengebiet.
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv mit anderen Verwaltungsstellen der Stadt Zürich und externen Kooperationspartner\*innen von nichtstaatlichen Organisationen und externen Verwaltungen zusammen.
  • Sie bringen Ihr ausgewiesenes Gleichstellungsfachwissen in die Fachstelle ein.
  • Sie vertreten die Fachstelle professionell nach innen (Stadtverwaltung) und aussen (Stadt Zürich und andere).

Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Geistes-, Sozial-, oder Politikwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und ausgewiesene Fachkenntnisse in der Gleichstellung aller Geschlechter, insbesondere im Themengebiet LGBTI, sowie Berufserfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Verwaltung und Politik
  • Eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und agiles Vorgehen
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe in Bezug auf komplexe Zusammenhänge und die Fähigkeit, diese für die verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen und Projektbeteiligten klar und verständlich schriftlich und mündlich zu erläutern

Die Fachstelle für Gleichstellung ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die rechtliche und tatsächliche Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern sowie von Lesben, Schwulen, Bisexuellen, trans und intergeschlechtlichen Menschen in der Stadt Zürich. Sie ist Anlaufstelle für die Bevölkerung und Organisationen der Stadt Zürich einerseits und für die Mitarbeitenden der Zürcher Stadtverwaltung andererseits. Die Fachstelle gehört zum Präsidialdepartement und ist dem Stadtpräsidium direkt unterstellt.
