Was dich erwartet

  • Auftragsleitung und Projektsteuerung von standardisierten Aufzugsprojekten von der Auftragseröffnung, Planung, Beschaffung bis hin zur Realisierung
  • Unterstützung bei Projektabklärungen inkl. technischer Abklärungen bei Kunden und Lieferanten sowie einholen von Offerten bei lokalem Drittmaterial und Drittleistungen
  • Erstellung von Bauvorarbeiten- und Dispositionsplan
  • Optionen- und Nachtragsverkauf im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Bestellung aller aufzugsrelevanten Materialen und Dienstleistungen

 

 

Was du mitbringst

  • Grundausbildung als Konstrukteur\in, Polymechaniker\in, Hoch- oder Tiefbauzeichner\*in
  • Erfahrung mit Ersatzanlagen und/oder Modernisierungen
  • Projektmanagementkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP- und CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Gebietssprache, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
