  • Die Abläufe einer Agentur kennst du aus dem Effeff.
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre als (Junior-) Projektleiter in einer Agentur gearbeitet und selbstständig Kunden betreut.
  • Die Kundenbetreuung liegt dir im Blut und deren Zufriedenheit am Herzen.
  • Du bist eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit, die ein zuverlässiges, exaktes und begeisterungsfähiges Bindeglied zwischen der Agentur und dem Kunden darstellt.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation (z.B. Bachelor/Master in Kommunikation/Marketing, CAS oder andere vergleichbare Ausbildung).
  • Du bist mündlich wie schriftlich sprachgewandt und hast eine gute Allgemeinbildung. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch ist Voraussetzung, alle weiteren Sprachen ein Plus.
  • Du bist geübt im Umgang mit den gängigen KI-Tools.
  • Du bist team- und begeisterungsfähig, arbeitest selbstständig und exakt, bist zuverlässig, belastbar, dienstleistungsorientiert und verfügst über eine hohe Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsgeschick, gute Menschenkenntnis, einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch sowie ein gewinnendes Auftreten.

Das machst du.

  • Selbstständig und kompetent betreust du kleinere und grössere Kunden.
  • Du hältst die Zügel in der Hand und sorgst für die Einhaltung und laufende Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und -ergebnisse.
  • Du hast den Lead bei der internen Auftragsabwicklung (vom Kreationsbriefing bis zur Produktion) und begleitest die Projekte sorgfältig von A bis Z.
  • Du setzt dich mit den betreuten Mandaten und den Märkten auseinander und wirkst bei der Mitarbeit von Konzepten und Strategien mit.
