 planst, leitest und setzt Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekte um – von digitalen Kampagnen über Promotionen und Content-Massnahmen  übernimmst die Projektleitung inklusive Konzeption, Budgetführung, Koordination interner und externer Partner sowie Erfolgskontrolle  bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, inhaltliche Planung und – wenn möglich – auch das Verfassen von Newsletter-Beiträgen sowie die Bewirtschaftung und das Controlling  wirkst bei der Umsetzung des Jahresberichts mit  förderst die enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Content-Teams, fungierst als Drehscheibe in grösseren Projekten, bringst Ideen in den Planungsprozess ein und übernimmst Verantwortung für Performance-Messung und Optimierung

 bringst fundierte Erfahrung in Marketingkommunikation und Projektleitung mit – idealerweise im Kampagnen- und Content-Bereich, zudem hast du Budget und Termine im Griff  hast ein Gespür für Texte, Storytelling und Content Creation  bist stark im Newsletter-Marketing und weisst, wie Newsletter ihre Zielgruppe erreichen  bist vertraut mit Tools wie Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Power BI, resp. hast Lust, dich einzuarbeiten  bist stark in Organisation, Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Anspruchsgruppen und mit externen Partnern  kannst analytisch denken und hast Freude daran, Resultate zu messen und Massnahmen zu optimieren  arbeitest proaktiv, eigenständig und teamorientiert in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld
