DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Technische und kommerzielle Leitung von Projekten zur Integration von ETCS-Onboard-Systemen.
  • Verantwortung für Projekte über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, von der Übergabe durch den Vertrieb bis zum Ende der Garantiephase.
  • Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Termine, Budget, Qualität, Sicherheit und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Planung, Koordination und Steuerung sämtlicher Projektaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen und termingerechten Projektabwicklung.
  • Aktives Stakeholder-Management sowie Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kunden, Lieferanten, internen Teams und Partnern.
  • Proaktive Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken, Chancen, Änderungen und Projektabhängigkeiten.
  • Überwachung derProjektperformance, einschließlich Kosten, Umsatz, Forecast und Profitabilität.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Verpflichtungen sowie einer präzisen und termingerechten Projektberichterstattung.
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Förderung einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit und einer starken Teamkultur.
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, Prozessen, Tools und Best Practices.
  • Aktiver Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Projektabwicklung und des Geschäftserfolgs.

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, beispielsweise Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Bahn- oder Transportindustrie.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer technischer Projekte mit Verantwortung für Leistungsumfang, Termine, Budget, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften im Bahnbereich, beispielsweise TSI CCS und UNISIG, sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit ETCS-Onboard-Systemen oder Bahnsignaltechnik ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie Kompetenz im Stakeholder-Management.
  • Strukturierte, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung.
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Microsoft Project.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10-25 %.
