* Ist-Analyse der bestehenden Strukturen, Materialbestände, Logistik- und Digitallösungen sowie Prüfung der Schnittstellen zwischen SNZ 144, Rettungsdiensten, Spitälern und weiteren Einsatzpartnern * Durchführung von Benchmarks mit Nachbarkantonen und Referenzsystemen zur Erarbeitung fundierter Varianten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für den Kanton Aargau * Erarbeitung eines skalierbaren kantonalen Zielkonzepts für die Bewältigung sanitätsdienstlicher Grossereignisse mit Definition von Rollen, Führungsstrukturen und Einsatzprozessen * Identifikation von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen, Definition technischer Anforderungen für Ressourcen- und Lageübersichten sowie Einplanung belastbarer Rückfallebenen * Vorbereitung und Durchführung öffentlicher Beschaffungsverfahren für Sanitätsmaterial, Einsatzmittel und Logistiklösungen von der Marktanalyse über Pflichtenhefte bis zur Vergabe und Abnahme

**Was Sie mitbringen:**

* Masterabschluss einer Fachhochschule oder Universität in einer relevanten Fachrichtung oder Abschluss einer Höheren Fachschule mit entsprechender Zusatzausbildung (DAS, MAS), vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Public Management, Gesundheitswesen, Rettungswesen, Bevölkerungsschutz, Logistik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte mit diversen Stakeholdern sowie in der Erarbeitung von Strategien, Variantenvergleichen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen * Praxis im öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen und bei technischen Ausschreibungen sowie Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Rettungswesen, Bevölkerungsschutz oder öffentlicher Verwaltung * Ausgeprägte digitale Kompetenz (Microsoft 365, Prozessautomatisierung, Datenanalyse) gepaart mit einwandfreiem Verständnis für Informationssicherheit und Rückfallebenen * Hohe Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations- und Auftrittskompetenz gegenüber Behörden, Partnerorganisationen und Lieferanten sowie verbindliches und selbstständiges Handeln
