Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich S\&U (Service und Unterhalt) suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte, unternehmerisch denkende und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter/in Service \& Unterhalt. Projektleiter/in Service \& Unterhalt Ihre Aufgaben Leitung und Koordination von Installationsprojekten mit Fokus auf wirtschaftliche Effizienz Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Projektabwicklung hinsichtlich Offerte, Kosten, Zeitplan, Qualität und Personaleinsatz sowie der Überwachung von Akontozahlungen und Debitoren Verantwortung für die Planung und Koordination der Personalressourcen Qualitätssicherung und Zeitüberwachung; Erarbeitung von Lösungen bei Abweichungen Kontrolle der projektbezogenen Fakturierung Pflege und Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie aktive Mitwirkung beim Auf\- und Ausbau von neuen Geschäftsbeziehungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ mit mindestens 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement auf Stufe Projektleiter Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie hohe Eigeninitiative Führungsstärke sowie Teamgeist Professionelles und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Lieferanten, Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten Verhandlungsgeschick sowie einwandfreie schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise Was wir Ihnen bieten: Ein anspruchsvolles und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet in einem dynamischen und motivierten Team.
