Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Bereichs Storenbau suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt und gerne selbstständig arbeitet. Dann bist du in unserem KMU im Herzen von Bern genau am richtigen Ort. In dieser vielseitigen Position verbindest du den technischen Verkauf, Projektleitung und Service. Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und übernimmst gleichzeitig die technische und organisatorische Verantwortung für den Bereich Storenbau

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Technischer Verkauf und kompetente Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Verantwortung für den Bereich Storenbau inklusive technischer und organisatorischer Aufgaben
  • Betreuung und Begleitung von Projekten von der Anfrage bis zur Ausführung
  • Offerten vorbereiten, kalkulieren und nachfassen
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Servicearbeiten
  • Fehleranalyse und technische Problemlösungen vor Ort
  • Koordination mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stellen
  • Verantwortung für das Lager der Ersatzteile
  • Organisation und Überwachung des Bestellwesens für Ersatzteile
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und kundenorientierten Auftragsabwicklung
