Projektleiter/in Technik / Industrie (m/w) #

In dieser vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die selbstständige Planung, Koordination und Betreuung anspruchsvoller technischer Projekte und begleiten diese von der Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung bzw. Serienreife. Sie koordinieren die verschiedenen internen und externen Schnittstellen, überwachen Termine, Kosten sowie Projektfortschritte und stellen eine strukturierte und zielgerichtete Projektabwicklung sicher. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Kunden sowie den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf und weiteren Fachstellen zusammen. Technische Abklärungen, das Erkennen möglicher Projektrisiken und die Einleitung entsprechender Massnahmen sowie eine transparente Projektdokumentation und ein regelmässiges Reporting gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker, Konstrukteur, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer, Kunststofftechnologe oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf. Idealerweise haben Sie sich technisch, betriebswirtschaftlich oder im Bereich Projektmanagement weitergebildet und konnten bereits Erfahrung in einem industriellen bzw. produzierenden Umfeld sammeln. Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination technischer Projekte ist von Vorteil. Gerne berücksichtigen wir auch ambitionierte technische Fach- oder Führungskräfte, welche den nächsten Karriereschritt in Richtung Projektleitung anstreben. Sie besitzen ein gutes Verständnis für technische und betriebliche Zusammenhänge und überzeugen mit einer selbstständigen, strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
