Für ein etabliertes Ingenieurunternehmen im Bereich Infrastruktur und Tiefbau suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Projektleiter Tiefbau mit Entwicklungsperspektive in Richtung Teamleitung ####

Das Unternehmen ist seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich in der Planung und Realisierung anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte tätig und arbeitet in den Bereichen Verkehr, Energie sowie Umwelttechnik.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

* In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Projekte im allgemeinen Tiefbau und begleiten diese von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Projektierung und Leitung von Infrastrukturprojekten im Bereich Strassenbau, Werkleitungsbau und Siedlungsentwässerung
  • Koordination der Projektbeteiligten sowie Begleitung der Projekte bis in die Ausführungsphase
  • Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher und nachhaltiger Lösungen im Tiefbau
  • Anwendung moderner Planungs- und Projektierungsmethoden (z. B. BIM)
  • Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams

Nach einer erfolgreichen Einarbeitung besteht die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen und ein kleines Team von Fachspezialisten fachlich zu koordinieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur FH / ETH oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im allgemeinen Tiefbau
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Interesse an der Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Praxisorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität
