The posting

Das kannst du bewegen.

  • Du übernimmst die Fachführung in Teilprojekten und sicherst als Verantwortliche:r Zutrittssysteme den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Zutrittssystemen für Gebäude und Anlagen.
  • Bei Schliessanlagen-Erweiterungen und Neuschliessungen planst du die Lösungen und veranlasst die Bestellung der benötigten Komponenten.
  • Du koordinierst und steuerst die Einbauarbeiten und begleitest Abnahmen von Türen; als 2nd-Level-Ansprechperson unterstützt du Facility Manager, Immobilienbewirtschafter:innen und Nutzer:innen bei komplexen Fragestellungen.
  • Betrieb und Aufrechterhaltung der Zutrittssysteme inklusive der SBB-Badge-Funktionalität verantwortest du und kümmerst dich um Beschaffung und Betrieb weiterer Systeme.
  • Du entwickelst strategische Themen weiter und agierst als Drehscheibe zwischen operativen Einheiten und strategischen Bereichen, wobei du Stakeholder (Bahnhöfe, Anlageobjekte, private Mieterschaft) koordinierst.
  • Du bist hauptsächlich in der Zentral Schweiz tätig, betreust auch Projekte in der gesamten Schweiz.

Das bringst du mit.

  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine offene, geradlinige und durchsetzungsfähige Haltung; du handelst strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung gepaart mit souveränem Auftreten gegenüber anspruchsvollen internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in Schliessanlagen und Zutrittssystemen setzen wir voraus. Erfahrung in Projektleitung und in der Steuerung technischer Umsetzungen oder die Bereitschaft, sich darin einzuarbeiten und Wissen aufzubauen.
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Techniker:in / Monteur:in mit Erfahrung in Schliessanlagen/Zutrittssysteme, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung als Projektleiter:in Sicherheitssysteme mit eidg. FA.
  • Du arbeitest gern mit verschiedenen IT-Applikationen, interessierst dich für deren Funktionsweise und erkennst Entwicklungspotenziale zur Verbesserung der Lösungen.
  • In Deutsch bist du verhandlungssicher, gute Kenntnisse (B1) in Französisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus.
