projektleiter infrastruktur / haustechnik, 90-100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie planen projekte in den bereichen umbau sowie erweiterung an der infrastruktur (heizung, lüftung, kälte, dampf und wasseraufbereitung) selbständig
  • dabei helfen sie bei evaluation, beschaffung und inbetriebnahme neuer anlagen aktiv
  • sie arbeiten bei produktivitäts- sowie prozessoptimierungen mit und überwachen die projekte inklusive kostencontrolling
  • zudem setzen sie energie- sowie umweltprojekte um und erstellen investitionsanträge
  • sie planen und erstellen layouts mittels cad
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, 90% oder 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine handwerkliche oder technische ausbildung im industriellen umfeld, bspw. als polymechaniker, gebäudetechnikplaner / haustechnikplaner, als automatiker, anlagen- und apparatebauer oder vergleichbar (w/m/d)
  • eine weiterbildung als techniker ts / hf, industriemeister, instandhaltungfachmann oder ähnlich ist ebenfalls wichtig
  • berufserfahrung in der haustechnik und cad-kenntnisse sind ebenfalls erforderlich
  • bezeichnen sie sich als selbständig, pflichtbewusst, kompetent und strukturiert vorgehend?
