Das Unternehmen plant und realisiert anspruchsvolle Lösungen für die Gebäudetechnik und begleitet Projekte von der ersten Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Für das bestehende Projektteam suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, Kunden professionell betreut und Freude an technisch anspruchsvollen Projekten hat.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von mittleren bis grösseren Projekten im Bereich Sanitärtechnik.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung der Ihnen zugeteilten Projekte sowie Koordination aller beteiligten Stellen.
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams bei umfangreicheren Vorhaben.
  • Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von technischen sowie kommerziellen Angeboten.
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Offerten sowie Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen.
  • Begleitung der Projekte von der Planungsphase bis zur praktischen Realisierung.
  • Koordination mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektpartnern.
  • Überwachung der Termine und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung praxisgerechter und wirtschaftlicher Lösungen.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Sanitär oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Eine zusätzliche Weiterbildung auf höherer Fachstufe ist von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Sanitärtechnik und Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Projektabwicklung.
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.
  • Freude an der Koordination unterschiedlicher Ansprechpartner und an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Belastbarkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Kundenorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten.
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
