Projektleiter Solar 100% (m/w/d) Aufgaben Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich Photovoltaik – von der Erstberatung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Kunden Erstellung von Offerten sowie Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen Koordination und Abstimmung sämtlicher Schnittstellen bei Photovoltaik\-Projekten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Normen, Richtlinien und des aktuellen Stands der Technik Durchführung von Baustelleninstruktionen sowie technische Unterstützung auf der Baustelle Voraussetzungen Verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung in der Akquisition und Betreuung von Kunden Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroinstallateur, Dachdecker, oder mit Weiterbildung zum Solarteur bzw. einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Auslegung von Photovoltaikanlagen sowie Vertrautheit mit den relevanten Normen und Richtlinien Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Belastbare, teamorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntisse von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln Wir bieten Es erwartet Sie ein verantwortungsvolles und spannendes Tätigkeitsfeld in einem nachhaltig wachsenden Unternehmen.
