Für unsere Abteilung Modernisierung in der Region Zürich suchen wir dich als engagierten Projektleiter (w/m/d). In dieser Funktion arbeitest du auf Projekten in der Region Zürich im Bereich Umbau.

Das bewegst du ###

  • Erreichen der wirtschaftlichen Projektziele von Umbauprojekten in der Region Zürich unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualität, Termine und Kosten, von der Ausschreibung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Eigenverantwortliches, operatives Ausführen unter Berücksichtigung der sicherheitstechnischen, terminlichen, qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Subunternehmern, Lieferanten, Planern und Behörden
  • Wahrnehmen der Rolle als Ansprechperson für Bauherren, Geschäftspartner und Mieter
  • Forderung und Förderung der Bauleiter in Ihrem Team
  • Pflegen einer offenen und respektvollen Kommunikationskultur sowie einer sauberen Dokumentation
  • Rapportierungsaufgaben an den/die Teamleiter:in

Deshalb gelingt es dir ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Projektleiter:in, Techniker:in TS, Architekt:in oder Bauingenieur:in
  • 2 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter von Umbauprojekten
  • Selbständige Führung von Baustellen mit hoher Komplexität
  • Fachliche Führung von bis zu fünf Bauleitern
  • Unternehmerische und zielstrebige Denkweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Sozialkompetenz
