Projektleiter \& Verkaufsingenieur Lüftung (m/w/d) 100 %

Aufgaben:

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie Lüftungstechnik, Engineering, Projektleitung und Kundenberatung.

  • Selbständige Planung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Lüftungsprojekte
  • Auslegung und Konfiguration von Lüftungs\- und Klimageräten
  • Technische Abklärungen und Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden, Planern und weiteren Projektpartnern
  • Aufnahmen und technische Abklärungen direkt vor Ort
  • Bearbeitung von Umbau\-, Modernisierungs\- und Retrofit\-Projekten
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Projektabläufe
  • Koordination mit internen Fachstellen, Lieferanten, Subunternehmern und Montageteams
  • Teilnahme an Bausitzungen und technischen Projektbesprechungen
  • Technische und kaufmännische Überwachung der laufenden Projekte
  • Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen und erfolgreichen Projektabschlüssen

Profil:

Sie sind ein Lüftungsprofi, denken technisch, handeln lösungsorientiert und haben Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.

  • Technische Grundausbildung in Lüftung, Gebäudetechnik, HLK oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF, Projektleiter, Meister oder Ingenieur von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lüftungstechnik und/oder Projektleitung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Auslegung und Beurteilung von Lüftungsanlagen und \-geräten
  • Technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit kaufmännischem Gespür
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist
