Für die Erweiterung der Wärmenetze su chen wir dich, eine unternehmerisch denkende, entscheidungsfreudige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem gesunden Durchsetzungsvermögen als

Projektleiter Wärmenetze (m/w/d) 80\-100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Initialisierung und Projektmanagement von Wärmenetzprojekten
  • Abschätzung der Realisierbarkeit anhand der Priorisierung und Ressourcen
  • Überprüfung von Offerten und Preisverhandlungen
  • Interaktion mit sämtlichen Projekt\-Stakeholdern wie Behörden, Lieferanten, Kunden, Eigentümern etc.
  • Koordination und Führung von externen Planern/Unternehmungen in der Umsetzung von Projekten (Bauherrenvertretung)
  • Vertragsmanagement mit Unternehmen/Planer und Lieferanten bei der Umsetzung von Projekten

Deine Qualitäten

  • Ausbildung zum Ingenieur im Maschinenbau, HLK oder vergleichbar
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von grossen Investitionsprojekten (Niveau Projektmanagement Stufe C)
  • Kenntnisse im Versorgungsbereich (Fernwärme\- oder Energieinfrastruktur) und deren Bewilligungsprozessen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Fundierte IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis (Kat. B)
  • 13\. Monatslohn brutto für netto
  • 100 Prozent der NBU\- und KTG\-Beiträge durch die EBL Energie Rigi
  • Bei Unfall 1\.\-Klasse versichert
  • 100 Prozent Lohnfortzahlung bei Krankheit, Unfall, Mutterschaft, Vaterschaft und Militär
  • 5 Wochen Ferien für alle
  • Vorfeier\- und Brückentage
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • Gleitzeitmodell (Jahresarbeitszeit)
  • Teilzeitarbeit
  • Home Office bis 40 Prozent der Arbeitszeit
  • 100 prozentige Übernahme der Weiterbildungskosten durch die EBL Energie Rigi
  • Weiterbildung zu Geschäftszeiten gilt als Arbeitszeit
