  • Sie bearbeiten Projekte als Gesamt- oder Teilprojektleiter, in interdisziplinären Teams, über alle Phasen von Vorstudien bis Inbetriebnahmen
  • Sie bearbeiten Machbarkeitsstudien und Budgetanträge im Rahmen von betrieblichen Umnutzungen und Erweiterungen
  • Als technischer Bauherr in grösseren Projekten arbeiten Sie an komplexen Fragestellungen und sind das Bindeglied im Betrieb. Sie sorgen für eine zukunftsgerichtete Projektabwicklung bei effizientem Ressourceneinsatz. Zudem gewährleisten Sie eine optimale interdisziplinäre Koordination der Projektbeteiligten und Abteilungsbereiche
  • In internen Teams erarbeiten Sie zukünftige Strategien und Konzepte zu verschiedenen Themen, wie der Digitalisierung, Energieversorgung, technischen Koordination usw.

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene berufliche Grundausbildung als Elektroinstallateur/in oder Elektroplaner/in sowie über eine entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Sie bringen ausgewiesene Projekterfahrung in der Leitung oder als Teilprojektleiter in technischen- und Bauprojekten mit
  • Projekterfahrung in grösseren Projekten, vorzugsweise im Spitalbau oder ähnlichem Umfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind ein kommunikativer, flexibler Teamplayer mit Überzeugungskraft, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
