Chef de projet logiciel embarqué (médical) ###

Dans notre centre de développement à Wil SG, nous réalisons des produits pour des moyennes et grandes séries et développons des technologies pour des entreprises de pointe, orientées vers l'avenir, à l'échelle mondiale. Pour soutenir notre équipe de logiciels embarqués dans le développement de dispositifs médicaux et de diagnostics in vitro ainsi que pour des tâches générales dans le domaine du développement logiciel et firmware, nous recherchons un chef de projet.

Domaine d'activité ###

En tant que personne orientée vers les objectifs avec une expertise technique approfondie, vous supervisez le développement et la mise en œuvre de firmwares et logiciels dans un environnement réglementé pour des applications médicales ou industrielles. En tant que membre expérimenté de l'équipe, vous êtes responsable de la gestion de projet pour la mise en œuvre et l'intégration des firmwares et logiciels avec la qualité requise et conformément au processus de développement.

Vous travaillez au sein d'une équipe d'ingénieurs logiciels hautement qualifiés, d'électroniciens embarqués et de développeurs firmware. Votre motivation et votre méthode de travail structurée vous permettent de mettre en œuvre des solutions technologiques avec efficacité.

Vos responsabilités comprennent :

  • Recueillir les exigences techniques des demandes clients
  • Planifier les projets de développement firmware/logiciel en tenant compte des objectifs techniques, financiers et de délais (gestion de projet hybride, avec périmètre, calendrier et budget définis)
  • Négocier avec les clients et présenter les résultats
  • Coordonner et communiquer en interne ainsi qu'avec les clients
  • Diriger vos projets de manière autonome, gérer et motiver l'équipe de développement en respectant les processus et objectifs requis
  • Implémenter de nouvelles technologies et méthodes de mise en œuvre
  • Éventuellement esquisser initialement l'architecture logicielle / modularisation comme base pour l'estimation des efforts
  • Soutenir l'acquisition de clients et prendre la tête de la préparation des offres

Exigences ###

  • Diplôme d'une haute école technique (FH/ETH) et plusieurs années d'expérience en développement de logiciels embarqués/firmware
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience en gestion de projet et collaboration dans des équipes interdisciplinaires
  • Expérience significative en ingénierie logicielle et système ainsi qu'en architecture
  • Curiosité et recherche constante de nouvelles façons d'améliorer ou d'élargir votre efficacité et vos compétences
  • Habitude de travailler dans un environnement dynamique orienté client et d'agir en tant qu'interlocuteur compétent auprès des collaborateurs et clients
  • Intérêt pour le développement dans un environnement réglementé (IEC 62304)
  • Travail structuré et pragmatique
  • Communication assurée en allemand et bonnes connaissances en anglais

  • Expertise technique dans le domaine des logiciels et firmwares médicaux (IEC 62304)
  • Expérience dans le développement agile avec matériel
  • Capacité à prendre en charge des tâches de contenu si nécessaire
