**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Leitung von Bau-, Umbau-, Sanierungs- und Infrastrukturprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg * Vertretung der Bauherrschaft gegenüber Planern, Unternehmern und Behörden * Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität * Erarbeitung von Konzepten für technische Anlagen und Gebäudetechnik * Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Spitalbetriebs während Bau- und Instandhaltungsmassnahmen * Koordination interner Anspruchsgruppen aus Medizin, Pflege, Technik und Verwaltung * Mitarbeit bei Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren * Unterstützung bei Investitions-, Budget- und Mehrjahresplanungen * Mitwirkung bei Energie-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Sicherheitsprojekten * Dokumentation und Übergabe abgeschlossener Projekte an den Betrieb

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Grundausbildung in Bauhaupt- oder Baunebengewerbe mit Weiterbildung als Hochbauzeichner, Bauleiter, Techniker HF oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten * Kenntnisse in Gebäudetechnik (HLKS, Elektro, Gebäudeautomation) von Vorteil * Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder in komplexen Betriebsumgebungen wünschenswert * Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten * Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise von Projektmanagement-Tools * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
