Chef de projet ou chef de projet senior en représentation du maître d'ouvrage en construction ###

Pour notre secteur des services au maître d'ouvrage en construction, nous recherchons un renfort. Selon votre expérience et vos intérêts personnels, nous vous offrons la possibilité de définir votre spécialité professionnelle dans un rôle clé sur des projets de construction exigeants.

Assumez la responsabilité et accompagnez des projets passionnants depuis la première idée, en passant par la planification, jusqu'à la réalisation réussie. Vous représentez les intérêts du maître d'ouvrage et développez des solutions durables, économiques et adaptées aux besoins individuels de nos clients.

Domaine d'activité ###

  • Direction de projet avec responsabilité : vous prenez la direction de projets neufs et de rénovation exigeants en construction avec différentes utilisations.
  • Gestion globale de projet : vous coordonnez toutes les phases du projet - de l'étude de faisabilité et du développement du concept à la planification, l'appel d'offres, la réalisation et la remise.
  • Gestion des parties prenantes : vous assurez la communication et la coordination avec les donneurs d'ordre, investisseurs, autorités, groupes d'utilisateurs, planificateurs spécialisés et autres participants au projet, garantissant une collaboration fluide.
  • Conseil avec vision : vous conseillez nos clients de manière stratégique et opérationnelle, analysez les idées de projet et les évaluez en termes de rentabilité, durabilité, fonctionnalité et qualité.
  • Représentation ou conseil du maître d'ouvrage : dans ce rôle, vous défendez les intérêts de nos clients auprès de tous les partenaires du projet et veillez au respect des délais, des coûts et des objectifs de qualité.

Exigences ###

  • Qualification professionnelle : vous possédez un diplôme universitaire en génie civil, par exemple en architecture, génie civil ou une autre discipline spécialisée (ETH/FH).
  • Expérience dans le secteur de la construction suisse : grâce à votre expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en Suisse, vous connaissez l'ensemble du processus de construction des projets de construction dans toutes les phases de prestations SIA et souhaitez désormais le gérer de manière autonome.
  • Talent d'organisation et de coordination : la planification structurée et la gestion de projets complexes ainsi que la collaboration avec différents participants au projet vous plaisent.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication : vous communiquez avec aisance à l'oral et à l'écrit en allemand (niveau C2 ou langue maternelle) et savez formuler clairement et de manière convaincante vos préoccupations.
