Projektleitung Bau \& Architektur 80\-100% ==========================================

In dieser vielfältigen Fachexperten\-Funktion planst, kalkulierst, berätst, koordinierst und begleitest du Bauprojekte. Deine Aufgaben reichen von der Beratung als Baufachmann in Ausstellungsprojekten über die Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien bis hin zur Planung und zur Realisierung von Bauprojekten. Folgende Hauptaufgaben verantwortest du:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Realisierung von Bau\- und Architekturprojekten (Termin, Kosten, Qualität)
  • Erstellung von Projektvorabklärungen und Machbarkeitsstudien für verschiedene interne Ansprechpartner
  • Einsatz als Bauherrenvertreter gegenüber externen Behörden, Partnern und Planern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung baurechtlicher, sicherheitsrelevanter und qualitativer Standards
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der baulichen Infrastruktur im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen sowie Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Architektur\- und Projektwettbewerben

Du bist eine entscheidungs\- und durchsetzungskompetente Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und strategischer sowie präziser Arbeitsweise. Folgendes bringst du auch noch mit:

  • Technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen, mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in Ausschreibungen und Vergaben
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Genehmigungs\- und Planungsregulatorien, Gesetze, Vorschriften und Normen
  • Hohes technisches und gestalterisches Verständnis für Details sowie versierter im Umgang mit CAD\-Software (Vectorworks 2D/3D)
  • Ausgeprägtes Termin\-, Kosten\- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
