Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir ein neues Teammitglied PROJEKTLEITUNG HR DIGITALISIERUNG 50% Gestaltest du mit uns eine moderne und zukunftsorientierte HR\\-Abteilung, die Pigna als attraktive Arbeitgeberin positioniert und den Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften eine professionelle HR\\-Begleitung bietet? Dein Aufgabenbereich ? Leitung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten innerhalb der Stiftung, Workforce Management System und MyAbacus ? Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Abacus sowie weiteren System\\- und Nebenanbietern, insbesondere bei Schnittstellenthemen ? Planung und Steuerung von Projektabläufen, Terminen und Meilensteinen ? Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern ? Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Optimierung digitaler Tools und Prozesse ? Durchführung von Systemschulungen für Führungskräfte ? Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung Das bringst du mit ? Sehr gute technische Kenntnisse von Abacus (z. B. HR/Lohn\\-Module, MyAbacus) sind Voraussetzung ? Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft o.ä. ? Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs\\- oder IT\\-Projekten ? HR\\-Hintergrundwissen von Vorteil ?
