In der Schweiz veranstalten wir das jährliche Swiss Social Economy Forum, leiten das Impact Catalyst Finanzierungsökosystem und sind offizieller People and Planet first Verifizierungs-Partner.

Für den Impact Catalyst suchen wir eine engagierte, unternehmerisch denkende und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit als

Über den Impact Catalyst

Der Impact Catalyst baut ein Finanzierungsökosystem für wirkungsorientierte Start-ups auf und verbindet relevante Akteur:innen aus dem Innovations-, Förder- und Investor:innen-Umfeld. Das Programm schafft die strukturellen Grundlagen, damit unternehmerische Lösungen für gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen tragfähig finanziert werden. Hierzu entwickeln wir das Netzwerk und Unterstützungsangebote für Unternehmen und Investoren an der Schnittstelle von non- und for-profit laufend weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Leitung und operative Umsetzung des Projekts. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung des Impact Catalyst
  • Scouting und Auswahl von Start-ups mit unseren Programmpartnern
  • Weiterentwicklung des Capacity-Building-Angebots für die Start-ups
  • Pflege und Ausbau der Investor Relations
  • Planung und Koordination der jährlichen Impact Catalyst Night
  • Leitung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtprogramms
  • Regelmässiger Austausch und Beziehungsmanagement mit der Geldgeberseite und weiteren relevanten Partner:innen
  • Konzeption und Aufbau einer tragfähigen Finanzierungsgrundlage zur langfristigen Verstetigung des Programms

Das bringst du mit

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und einem guten Gespür für Stakeholder-Management. Idealerweise bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder im Aufbau von Initiativen oder ökosystemischer Strukturen
  • Kenntnisse des Start-up-, Innovations- und Impact-Ökosystems
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen, insbesondere Start-ups, Investor:innen, Förderpartner:innen und Netzwerkpartner:innen
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit einer hands-on Mentalität
  • Freude daran, Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln und gleichzeitig operativ umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige, pragmatische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Bewerbung

Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung mit dem CV und einem kurzen Motivationsschreiben bis 25. September 2026. Die Vorstellungsgespräche finden am 30. September statt. Die Lohnspanne liegt zwischen CHF 75'000 bis 95'000 auf 100%. Je nach Interesse und Pensum könnten längerfristig auch andere Aufgaben aus der Geschäftsführung übernommen werden.
