Projektleitung Nachhaltiger Tourismus (80%) Der Naturpark Thal ist eine Modellregion für nachhaltige Entwicklung. Unsere Mitarbeitenden setzen sich für die Natur, die Gesellschaft sowie die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung ein. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Projektleitung Nachhaltiger Tourismus (80%) DAS GIBT’S BEI UNS Sie entwickeln und realisieren attraktive touristische Angebote für unseren Naturpark und bringen diese wirkungsvoll in die Vermarktung. Gleichzeitig wirken Sie an der touristischen Weiterentwicklung des Parks mit und setzen konkrete Projekte für einen nachhaltigen, zukunftsorientierten Tourismus um. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Leistungsträgern, Ge\- meinden und weiteren Partnern zusammen. In unserer Infostelle beraten Sie Gäste direkt und vermitteln die Besonderheiten und Angebote des Naturparks. Die nachhaltige Entwicklung unserer Region liegt Ihnen am Herzen. HERAUSFORDERUNG Bei uns erwarten Sie vielseitige, anspruchsvolle Aufgaben und spannende Fragestellungen. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Ihre Projekte, von der Konzeption und Umsetzung bis hin zu Projektbudgets und der Akquisition von Drittmitteln. ZUSAMMENARBEIT Sie werden Teil eines motivierten und hilfsbereiten Teams mit vielfältigen fachlichen Hintergründen. Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig, tauschen uns aus und arbeiten gemeinsam an einer grossen Bandbreite von Projekten und Themen im Naturpark. DAS HÄTTEN WIR GERNE VON IHNEN Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tourismus, Marketing oder in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld. Gute IT\-Kenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Social Media, digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln und KI\-Anwendungen ergänzen Ihr Profil. Ein Gespür für visu\- elle Kommunikation ist ebenfalls von Vorteil. Sie arbeiten gerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen, kommunizieren gewandt und bringen Menschen und Interessen zusammen. Selbständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten liegt Ihnen ebenso wie der Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team. Wenn Sie zudem über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2 sowie einen Führerausweis der Kate\- gorie B verfügen, möchten wir Sie gerne kennenlernen.
