Projektleitung Objektgeschäft – Fachperson für Grossprojekte, Neubauten und Sanierungen Kemptthal ZH Stell dir vor: Du begleitest spannende Badprojekte von der ersten Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Gemeinsam mit unserem Aussendienst, Architekturbüros, Sanitärfirmen sowie der Bauherrschaft entwickelst du massgeschneiderte Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Plänen Realität wird. Du koordinierst Projekte, führst Ausmasse durch, unterstützt unsere Kundschaft bei technischen Fragen und behältst Qualität, Termine und Kosten im Blick. Jedes Projekt ist anders – und genau das macht deine Arbeit abwechslungsreich und spannend. Genau das erwartet dich bei talsee. Deine Aufgaben Du erstellst Offerten und begleitest die Auftrags\- und Serviceabwicklung Du konzipierst und planst individuelle Badeinrichtungen Du kalkulierst massgenaue Einzelanfertigungen für Grossprojekte und begleitest deren Umsetzung Du führst Projekte von der Auftragsvorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung Du führst Ausmasse, technische Instruktionen und Qualitätskontrollen direkt auf der Baustelle durch Du berätst unsere Kundschaft kompetent in der Ausstellung sowie telefonisch Du unterstützt den Aussendienst und übernimmst projekt\- und verkaufsadministrative Aufgaben Was du mitbringst Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schreiner/in EFZ oder Sanitär/in EFZ Weiterbildung im Bereich Planung, Holztechnik, Sanitärtechnik oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Freude an der Koordination unterschiedlicher Anspruchsgruppen Technisches Verständnis sowie CAD\-Kenntnisse Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude am Kontakt mit unserer Kundschaft sowie an hochwertigen Produkten Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Was dich bei uns erwartet Hochwertige Projekte mit viel Individualität statt Standardlösungen Ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld im talsee Flagshipstore Kemptthal Ein eingespieltes Team mit viel Erfahrung und gegenseitiger Unterstützung Offene, direkte und transparente Kommunikation Finanzielle Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen Moderne Arbeitsmittel und Poolfahrzeug Gratisparkplatz sowie Bahnhofsnähe 5 Wochen Ferien bei einer 41\.5\-Stunden\-Woche Fühlst du dich angesprochen?
