  • Als zentrale Drehscheibe koordinierst du sämtliche Projektaktivitäten und verbindest unterschiedliche Fachbereiche miteinander.
  • Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Spezialisten entwickelst du ein innovatives Gästeerlebnis rund um Gesundheit, Ernährung und Genuss.
  • Du bringst das Gastronomie- und Gesundheitskonzept operativ zum Leben und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bei.
  • Von Tastings über Teamtrainings bis hin zur Pre-Opening-Phase sorgst du für eine professionelle und begeisternde Umsetzung.
  • Termine, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards behältst du jederzeit im Blick und stellst einen erfolgreichen Betriebsstart sicher.

Dein Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder Food & Beverage.
  • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Neueröffnungen oder der Umsetzung innovativer Konzepte.
  • Leidenschaft für moderne Ernährung, Gesundheit, Hospitality und aussergewöhnliche Gästeerlebnisse.
  • Unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und hoher Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der nötigen Flexibilität für eine dynamische Aufbauphase
