Für ein etabliertes, international tätiges Beratungs- und Projektmanagementunternehmen im Bereich Real Estate, Infrastruktur und Industrie suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit für die Bauherrenvertretung und das Projektmanagement von repräsentativen Hochbauvorhaben.

Sie vertreten die Interessen der Bauherrschaft und führen komplexe Neu- und Umbauvorhaben eigenverantwortlich -- von der Steuerung der Termine, Kosten und Qualitäten über die Koordination der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten bis zur Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagerinnen und Projektmanager im jeweiligen Vorhaben. Die Mandate umfassen anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte in unterschiedlichen Nutzungen. Gefragt sind ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Bauherrschaft, Planern, Unternehmern und Behörden, ein analytischer Blick für technische und ökonomische Zusammenhänge sowie Freude daran, Prozesse zu verbessern und Innovationen im Projekt voranzutreiben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung sowie aktives Steuern und Kontrollieren von Terminen, Kosten und Gebäudequalitäten repräsentativer Bauvorhaben
  • Fachliches Führen und Weiterentwickeln der Projektmanagerinnen und Projektmanager im Projekt
  • Begleitung und Steuerung der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Übernahme vielfältiger Aufgaben in Projektmanagement und Controlling von komplexen Neu- und Umbauprojekten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Bauherrenvertretungsleistungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Immobilienökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 2 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten, idealerweise in der Bauherrenvertretung
  • Kompetenz in der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen für technische und ökonomische Aufgabenstellungen sowie ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse und/oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Pensum 100 %, Eintritt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, Festanstellung
