Ihr Herz schlägt für die Bauherrenvertretung und das Projektmanagement von spannenden Hochbauprojekten? Sie möchten Ihre bisherigen Berufserfahrungen unter Beweis stellen, sich spezifische Kenntnisse aneignen und Neues lernen, um sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln?

* Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung sowie aktives Steuern und Kontrollieren der Termine, Kosten und Gebäudequalitäten repräsentativer Bauvorhaben * Fachliches Führen und Weiterentwickeln der Projektmanager:innen im Projekt sowie Begleitung und Steuerung der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten * Übernahme vielfältiger Aufgaben in den Bereichen Projektmanagement und Controlling von komplexen Neu\- und Umbauprojekten Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Immobilienökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * 2\-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten * Kompetenz in der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen für technische und ökonomische Aufgabenstellungen sowie ein überzeugendes Auftreten * Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Vorantreiben von Innovationen * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gute Englisch\- und/oder weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil Zusätzliche Informationen
