Projektmitarbeiter\*in «Flickstuben» und «Info-Tische» (60%) ##

Das Bildungs- und Integrationsprogramm «LernLokal» bietet verschiedene Angebote im Bildungs- und Integrationsbereich an.

Unsere acht Flickstuben im Kanton Zürich bieten Migrantinnen die Möglichkeit, sich Fachwissen im Nähen anzueignen, mit der Bevölkerung in Kontakt zu treten und eine erste Referenz für die Arbeitssuche zu erlangen. Das Angebot schafft so wichtige Grundlagen für die soziale und wirtschaftliche Integration von Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund.

 Die Info-Tische sind niederschwellige Anlaufstellen für Neuzugezogene, an denen sie mehrsprachige Erstinformationen erhalten und Unterstützung bei der Orientierung im neuen Umfeld finden.

Für die Angebote «Flickstuben» und «Info-Tische» suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n Projektmitarbeiter\in (60%).

Ihre Aufgaben

Flickstuben

  • Operative Koordination und Begleitung der acht Flickstuben
  • Rekrutierung, Einführung und Begleitung der rund 35 Freiwilligen, die die Flickstuben vor Ort durchführen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Weiterentwicklung des Angebots
  • Vernetzung mit Gemeinden, Pfarreien sowie Sozial- und Fachstellen
  • Projektdokumentation und Berichterstattung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Mittelbeschaffung
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Kommunikation
  • Administrative Aufgaben

Info-Tische

  • Koordination und Durchführung der Info-Tische
  • Bereitstellung und Vermittlung von mehrsprachigen Erstinformationen für Neuzugezogene

Der Schwerpunkt der Aufgaben liegt bei den Flickstuben. Der ungefähre Aufwand für die Info-Tische beträgt rund einen halben Tag pro Woche.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Hochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der sozialen Angebotslandschaft im Kanton Zürich und im Migrationsbereich
  • Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit und Begleitung von Freiwilligen
  • Ausgeprägtes Flair für Planung, Organisation und Koordination
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft
  • Weitere Sprachen sowie Kenntnisse im Nähen und Flicken von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und Bereitschaft, von Dienstag bis Donnerstag zu arbeiten
