Zur Unterstützung unseres agilen IT\-/Digitalisierungs\-Teams an unserem zentralen Standort in Luzern suchen wir einen erfahrenen und motivierten Portfolio Manager / Senior IT\-Projektleiter.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die zentrale Steuerung der IT\-Projektlandschaft von der Projektidee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung von Digitalisierungs\-, Automatisierungs\- und Transformationsvorhaben
  • Koordination des bankweiten IT\-Projektportfolios
  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Projektanfragen
  • Planung und Steuerung der Projektpipeline
  • Koordination von Ressourcen, Budgets und Projektabhängigkeiten
  • Erstellung von Portfolio\- und Management\-Reportings
  • Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement\- und Governance\-Standards
  • Leitung strategischer und bereichsübergreifender IT\-Projekte
  • Koordination von Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung
  • Unterstützung von Digitalisierungs\- und Transformationsvorhaben

Dein Profil

•Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar•Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT\-Projekten und Programmen•Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Ressourcensteuerung und Projektcontrolling•Verständnis für IT\-Infrastruktur, Business\-Applikationen, Cloud\- und Digitalisierungsprojekte•Erfahrung im Banken\- oder Finanzumfeld von Vorteil•Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise•Hohe Kommunikations\- und Moderationsfähigkeit•Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Management und Fachbereichen•Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen•Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
