Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Proaktive Überwachung des Projektportfolios Rückbau sowie Weiterentwicklung des Reportings und der übergreifenden Portfoliosicht 
  • Organisation und Moderation von Steuerungs- und Koordinationssitzungen inklusive strukturierter Dokumentation 
  • Ausgaben- und Verrechnungscontrolling in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Finanzverantwortlichen 
  • Berichtswesen an Abteilungsleitung und Direktion sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Unterlagen und Präsentationen 
  • Koordination von Anfragen relevanter Stakeholder wie z.B. Aufsichtsbehörden, EFV/EFK und ETH-Rat zum Thema Rückbau 
  • Mitarbeit in Rückbauprojekten sowie Unterstützung zu fachübergreifenden Fragestellungen im Rückbau

Ihr Profil ##

  • Hochschulabschluss (Master), beispielsweise in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektportfoliomanagement sowie sicherer Umgang mit entsprechenden Tools und Methoden 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Aufsichtsbehörden sowie mit anspruchsvollen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen 
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung industrieller Grossprojekte im Anlagenbau, z.B. im Rückbau, im radiologischen Abfallwesen, in kerntechnischen Anlagen oder in einem vergleichbar regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick und Affinität zu Wissenschaft und Forschung 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
